Report a bug
When the bug-report feature is available, use the in-game /bug command and follow its prompts. It is still awaiting integration in this preview. Describe what happened, what you expected and steps to reproduce it; include the time, zone and a safe screenshot if useful. Do not include passwords, recovery links or other players’ private information.
Ask a GM
For a stuck character or an issue requiring staff, open the in-game Help menu and submit a GM ticket. Include the character and the time of the issue. Do not post sensitive account information in public chat.
Recover an account
Use Account recovery with the email verified on your account. The response does not reveal whether an account exists. Eligible accounts receive a one-use link that expires in 1 hour; resetting the password ends every session. For an unverified account, resend verification (24-hour link). If self-service is unavailable or you lost access to email, contact the operator; do not send your password.
